This is a Members Only board which provides space for people to record their own personal experiences, in diary format, with ADHD in all its aspects and for also venting.

This board is intended to be a safe place so here's a couple of rules:

1. Do not name any specific individuals. If you forget and name someone, then we'll either x it out or delete the post as appropriate.
2. Do not interrupt someone's venting.
