How to get help - 1 Viewing For sharing information about how to get referrals to adult adhd clinics and/or adult adhd specialists. Also includes information and resources for co-morbidities (2 or more diagnosable conditions at the same time) such as anxiety disorders, depression, dyslexia, dyscalculia, and others.
NHS Reforms: news, views, opinions, etc We will use this board to post information about the proposed changes to the NHS as we learn about them, and as we figure out, if we can, what on earth these changes will mean for us! Also because the NHS changes are controversial, we are now opening this board up for everyone to post and comment as they wish!
Non-Medicinal Treatments, Aids, & Strategies This board is for discussions and information about non-medicinal interventions such as Natural Medicines, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Support Groups, Coaching, Dietary Management, Organisational Strategies, Tools (e.g. software), and anything else, non-medical, that helps make life easier.

Meetings, Events, Etc.: Non-Commercial (1 sub-board) For posting information about upcoming support group meetings, and strictly non-commercial events (and this means free or very modestly priced events as well as events that are not created to promote commercial services). This area also contains a sub-board in which you can ask if there are others living in your area who would be interested in meeting and/or starting a support group. If you have an event that is either relatively expensive and/or is linked to commercial interests, please use our other board.
