Hi, I am conducting a research study in ADHD as part of my doctorate at Kings College London. I am recruiting children/adolescents aged 12-16 years of age with ADHD and their brother, if they have one without the disorder. I will also be recruiting adults with and without ADHD (aged 18 -35 years). Our research team at Kings College are investigating whether there is a relationship between ADHD and omega-3/6 essential fatty acids (found in oily fish) across a range of measures. I have attached an information sheet above but please email me for further information: rachel.gow@kcl.ac.uk The study has received full NHS ethical approval. Travel fees are paid and you will be compensated for your time. We would require a small blood sample to measure the levels of fatty acids to check whether the enzymes that help your body absorb fatty acids are working efficiently. This is because previous research has suggested abnormal fatty acid profiles in young adults with ADHD compared to those without the disorder. We may also ask you to complete some questionnaires. I hope you will be interested and look forward to hearing from you, Rachel :)

A good opportunity to do some double blind, placebo controlled, statistically significant, trials with the already well known EFALEX product.................which already has research on adhd etc on its website. Anyway, the most important thing is getting solid research results. Enjoy!
