"blah blah change the assessment system to encourage disabled people back into work." My ears pricked up at the association of assessment and getting people back to work. To the unaffected, it sound reasonable enough, to 'encourage people to overcome their disabilities' along with all the other media stuff like the paralympics and wounded veterans climbing Kilimanjaro etc. But assessment only means assessment, but most people will only notice the last thing they heard/read, so they don't realise what she (the politician saying it) is really referring to, and she knows that.

Can't find anything, but there are an awful lot calling for changes, all well meaning, but if they do change things you just know they won't be for the good.
Any call for change should be much more specifically worded than any I have found so far, so I'm not putting links up for them.
