Hi I was diagnosed at 55 i'm now 57, the research i'v done on ADHD has enabled me to see that both my children have ADHD and so did my dad, I see ADHD in other family members and in many of my friends I can even see my dentist is ADHD..They are all In denial/ non believers (not my dentist I didn't tell her) I just need to find a way to show them, how can i make my son and daughter see that we all are ADHD it needs to be visual are there any videos that could help? my sons 24 and daughter 31. I so need some help please...

It's nice that u want to help your loved ones but...
Not everyone needs/wants 2 be labelled & most people find it hard 2 be told they're defunct
The best thing u can do is when u c them struggling with something offer them advice of what coping strategy u use
I'm assuming that if u made it 2 55 u must of learnt a thing or two on the way?
It's easy 2 get caught up in a diagnosis & it's probably one of the biggest revelations in your life
& I can understand that u want your family 2 feel it too
Just try not 2 ram it down their throats or u r in danger of becoming a bore!
