Do you have to declare ADHD to the DVLA?

I have a clean licence and the ADHD only has a small impact on my driving. I have not made any claims for an accident I am to blame for in 15 yrs. Is it worth muddying the waters?

I have been driving for 34 years and was diagnosed 4yrs ago ! My point is that I have had ADHD all my life and since my diagnosis and medication have had less incidents/accidents so if I disclose now I risk an increase in my insurance policy and there is a fear will I still be allowed to drive and how will I be treated from now on ?

Its a good point. Ive not been officially diagnosed as such so Im telling them nothing. When I was getting myself a policy recently I did not declare it but since my Docs wont tell me whats wrong with me then I havent officially done anything wrong. Scares the crap out of me that they would consider taking mines away.
