My wife suggested this to me, and forgive me if it's already been covered, but she reckoned it was good idea to write down everything I can remember for as far back as I can remember that pointed to there being problems. That way when it was consultation time I could try and get it all out or at the very least, leave it with them to read.

right i have a cranky idea... i am a wrongun ive always managed to find a way to laugh in the most awkward of situations! if this is all wrong do tell me and i'll delete edit as appropriate. i dont think it falls foul of any law.... so far this forum has helped me hugely,(and ive only posted 17 times so far) the understandings ive discovered have been so positive, tough for sure but still very positive. the understanding and compassionate nature of the people here too is simply awesome and it makes me smile i dont quite know how to structure this ..... maybe everyone can help out? but anyone fancy a wee gamble? if you want in pledge a pound on either a yes or a no diagnosis. for those that back a no i will pay the pound you pledged. for those that back a yes i will double that pound you pledged! will i or wont i be diagnosed with adhd? all money i pay is to whoever setup this website and to be channeled where they see it being most fit, obviously its not to end up behind the bar at their local ! i guess at this point whoever that is should message me,or if anyone can direct me to whom that should be that'd be great. so this is just a little thank you from me, and of course to reiterate the pledge you make does not come from your pocket. now roll up and pull the fluff from your pockets and purses.dig behind the sofa cushions find nothing and make a virtual pledge Yes or No !

Well whatever works for you, dude. I'd make a pledge but a) I'm not a gamblin' man generally and b) I need to save pennies to pay for my upcoming consultation.
