Hi , My friend ( a Woman) has ADD and is diagnosed from early teens - she has coping mechanisms she has developed and a loving family but ....the pandemic has ramped up her anxiety , depression and ADD symptoms and she is off the rails ....confiding in me that she has contemplated suicidal thoughts . She is now taking meds, some counselling and off alcohol but still struggling daily with the chaos around her and in her head ....made worse nby the fact that she has a nursing background ..is married to a Doctor ( who shows no sympathy) and has lost friends to Covid ... so I have two questions;
1. How can I help her directly?
2. Is there a Peer support group in South East Kent where she can talk with others in the same boat?
Thanks for your suggestions
