Quite simply i've always struggled somewhat making friends (now explained by ADHD characteristics) As I read and learn more about this apparently divergent brain I have.. It would be great to just meet others out there I can hopefully connect with? Anyone a little older (hehe - i'll chat to ANYONE! Trust me - but would be great to meet some people in 20s+ in particular) or around LDN area? Hello I'm Aimee

There are a few adult ADHD groups in London, you can Google or look on Facebook.
The central London one is doing Zoom meetings link
and I don't know if others are still meeting IRL or online.

Hey Aimee. I'm in London too. Close friendships have eluded me as well (I can see why now I've been diagnosed). Just joined the forum myself

Hey Aimee,
Just joined and saw your post, a little late but that's typical it seems! I'm looking for the same, like minds to connect with - however scattered they may be! (>_<)
I'm on a waiting list for assessment here in Somerset. How far into the process are you? I'm new to all this and still learning. What's the support like in LDN? I imagine it's quite extensive.
