Hey there, I know that there is tonnes of threads and I have gone through some of them. I really empathise with you all as I am in a similar situation and dealing with a husband who has ADHD, diagnosed circa 2005 but only really started taking medication 2015 after a number of problems that occured. He is now on meds that are “suitable” and do the job 70% of the time in keeping him focused at work and home life. It’s all come to some sort of head again (because ADHD meds don’t mean its fully gone) with job situation, work relations, lack of therapy on other parts of his life. I am really at a loss, I am trying to keep it together but at breaking point myself. This forum has been useful in knowing and feeling like I am not alone in this matter but I really need a place where I can get advice and support from to understand/support my husband AND mange myself better. Is there anything in the UK like this? Everything I have come across is for parental support and also not much on adult adhd.
Any help, please!

I'm sorry to hear about this, it must be really difficult. I found www.joinstimuli.com although I can't tell you if it's any good or not - I'm on the waiting list. Looks good from the outside! Let me know what you think!
