All participants welcome if you are 18 years old or older. If you have 10-15 minutes spare to complete this anonymous survey it would be greatly appreciated. This research is for the purposes of a dissertation as part of a master’s course. This study has no funding and is purely for the sake of research. This study has ethical approval from the University of Bristol. Please feel free to share this study with anyone you feel would be interested. a) project title - “Is there a difference in the subjective happiness of adults with ADHD compared to a proxy group of adults without ADHD?”
b) project description - Recreating an existing piece of work with minor edits in methodology to see if findings hold. The study is one survey that assesses ADHD symptoms and subjective views of happiness, all adults are measured regardless of ADHD to see if there are any observable differences in any areas.
c) project objective - To see if the happiness of people with ADHD can be improved.
d) the design/methods of the project - Quantitative survey with Likert scale questions and one qualitative subjective opinion question.
e) characteristics of required participants - All adults are welcome but I am targeting to some adults with ADHD.
f) main outcome measures - Subjective measure of happiness
g) names & status of researchers- Dylan John, sole researcher at postgraduate level
h) name of funding bodies - No funding bodies
i) names of any other involved organisations - University of Bristol have granted ethical considerations
j) start date of project - 26.04.21
k) expected completion date - 26.08.21
