My brother (38 years old) was diagnosed with ADHD about a year ago and started on Vyvanse. His behaviour has progressively worsened (though his focus has improved) and all his interpersonal relationships have broken down - his relationship broke down, he's fallen out with all his friends and now he's cut off his family.
We don't know what to do - I strongly believe that the medication has effected a complete personality change - before he was very sweet, affectionate and empathetic. Now he is cold, narcissistic and extremely argumentative.
Any advice would be very much appreciated.

I completely understand, it’s really common and something similar has happened with my nephew. My sister’s friend told her about a genetic test that helps with medication for ADHD. They sell it in America but also here, it’s called Genomind in America and Myogenes in the uk. It’s really helped my nephew. My poor sister tried so many different medications and then found out about this test
