Hello everyone,
Myself and my colleague, Jess are currently master’s students at the University of Bath and undertaking a research project titled '
Investigating the experience and use of CBT skills in a neurodiverse population'.
The research hopes to make therapy more accessible to individuals who are neurodiverse. For the purposes of this research, neurodiverse includes anyone who identifies or has a diagnosis of autism, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), dyslexia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia and/or dyspraxia.
The only participation requirements are also as follows; anyone who is:
- Aged 16-to-30 years old and
- Fluent in English
Participation involves:

Completing an online survey, which lasts 30-to-45 minutes
- Optional: enter a prize draw to win a £20 Amazon voucher
Those who identify as neurodiverse and have previously received therapy will also be invited to have an interview exploring their experiences with this. In return, they will also receive a £5 Amazon voucher.
