I'm so fed up of seeing all the "help" out there just tiktoks making out ADHD inattentive traits almost like cool and a trend. Where's the help 😔
How do you stick to something you really want to do? I will last a few days while the dopamine of something new is there then I just can't do it after that. I can't even give you a reason. Even if I want to and it would help with my career.
Any advice from others? I just feel like most days ADHD is completely in charge of me and I no it's part of me but it's not funny, or quirky or cool. It's ruining my life! How do you follow things through for more than a week!

I like to write things down in a diary with tick boxes for tasks I have to do to help feel feel like I've achieved something.
