I saw that, there was a leaflet in the Echo. The early yrs course is very good, tho i had difficulties keeping up. good for parents with adhd children who dont suffer from it themselves!!
Hope in the future they have clinics all around the country for adults. i travelled 10hrs yest for a 40min appointment!!
Honey, i must do those forms in regard to the breaks', i was really good & started on the day they were sent, then wks later i'm looking for them, so sorry! will do them asap! I was grateful!

Its to do with DD, hoping to enrol her for short restbite sessions with other children with needs. There are a few things starting & it gives me a few hrs to spend with the other kids!!

Meggis, Local authorities must look at and deliver Short Breaks for Disabled Children and here we are one of the Pathfinder Authorities for the Short Breaks so quite a bit being delivered but its just getting the info out to parents/carers.
Luckily we are quite active on this and I represent the voluntary sector on the LA Service Development Board for Children----need to be on the inside to deliver to our families on the outside!
Honey x
