Hi, hoping someone can help - does anyone know of a solicitor that can look at and take on adhd cases of clinical negligence and does no win no fee? Also whats the GMC mentioned in another thread and whats the process? Lastly does anyone know any independent organisations that can offer support whilst going through this process as we are struggling to deal with the amount of stress its caused, ICAS are still part of the nhs many thanks Manda

You will not find any help right now, in my opinion that is you have to go all Erin brockovich because they are trying to cover their own butts.
I was left needing hip replacements because my GP wouldn't listen because of my undiagnosed ADHD symptoms, by which she was judging me.
I know this because she said to my face 'I thought you were one of those patients'
during a mediation and nothing happened, no apology, no compensation, no medical advice, 2 years later and I am just getting some crap CBT from the maudsley after being forced onto Concerta over adderall, which I could not afford to keep up.
Tried to go legal but without the concistency of the drugs of strategy I remained really diorganised in my dealings with the solicitors and communications just broke down.
