How do people cope with carrying meds around. Have tried all sorts of ways, each way is probably good but only seems to last a few days. Ways I have tried include a strip in the coat I always wear (except I dont), a strip in the bag I always carry (except I sometimes leave it at home), a strip in my wallet (except the tablet comes out).
I ended up thinking I had run out then found a number of strips in various coats/bags. Doesnt help that I have another med that looks very similar to MPH which I take at night. Simple - keep it in the box except the box is too big to carry. I do travel a bit (eg last night when I left home at midday I wasnt sure where I would be spending the night)
It isnt helped that a certain person in my life teases me (doesn't mean to but that is how it comes across ...) about being careless with CDs. Parallel issue, I get stressed by noise in some situations and the CMHT non specialist doctors suggested "just have an ear plug". I do hate the word JUST. I have loads of earplugs but they are mainly on the bedroom floor where or right at the bottom of the bag I am not using ... aargh.

Going sideways from your idea... What about those little ziplock baggies? One of those might be exactly what random needs to hold a strip in his wallet.

I use an old small mint tin for my various meds. Keeps them from getting damaged in my pocket.

Nostalgia looking at an old thread... I do travel a bit (eg last night when I left home at midday I wasnt sure where I would be spending the night) THis doesn't apply now. In 2016 we had a family home we couldnt sell (waiting for lawyers to do their bit). I cant remmember the details of that occasion but I might have been waiting for a tradesperson between 1 and 5. Which might mean finish at 6. Which might mean too late to get back from Sussex to London. I now mainly carry the MPH in my wallet. Actaully at home more so less need to carry them.
