Professor Eric Taylor of Kings College London has received the 2008 Ruane Prize for Outstanding Achievment in Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Research for his groundbreaking research into conduct disorder and ADHD. www.narsad.org/news/press/rg_2008/res2008-10-14.htmlI know this article is about child and adolescent adhd, but at least adhd research is receiving positive recognition. Congratulations Professor Taylor!

And congratulations from me!!. He was also a member of the recent NICE Guidance group on adhd, so I'm sure he's a champion for the recognition of adhd in adults.
Good to have positive reports about adhd

Professor Taylor is on the Professional Board of ADDISS and I believe he works at the Maudsley. And yes he is a champion for the recognition of adhd in adults - particularly amongst psychiatrists.
