I don't even know where to start because I'm so completely dumbstruck that it's taken so long that I'm now 36 and finally I know what's wrong with me. Being born in the 80's and a nightmare child so I'm told it was put down to orange juice causing me to be hyper as obviously ADHD was unheard of then. Fast forward 36 years and numerous antidepressants later with me pleading with doctors to diagnose me as bipolar and i suddenly stumble across an article on ADHD. Suddenly everything makes sense. Every single symptom I have. What should I do?

I know just how you feel. But can’t tell you how to deal with it. Read round this forum to see what others have done. I personally have found everybody here was kind and helpful. I take medication and found it helped. Research adhd and see if you can sort out where to go now. I send you a sackful of hugs in the hope that they will help.
