I need to find an employment lawyer who understands ADHD, or neurodiversity in general.
I'm experiencing discrimination at work and thought I'd lined up all the evidence, but I went through my union's legal service and the advice wasn't reliable because the lawyer simply didn't understand ADHD: either the impact on my job, or - significantly - the difficulties I experienced in trying to set out my case.
It's become very complicated, because the difficulties I've experienced have aggravated my severe sleep problems, which in turn has aggravated my ADHD symptoms.
Can anyone advise?
I'm in the West Midlands but the lawyer's location within England and Wales probably doesn't matter.
I am fortunate: although I'm on a low salary, I have financial resources available.

Hi there, I know this is general advice, but there are a number of work unions out there who deal with all walks of society and there is a strong chance they would be able to help especially at work. Perhaps start your search by talking to them.
