Pl could someone help? Is there possibly a service for people who have ADHD who have, for example, terror over doing simple things, constant procrastination? I find that the more I put sth off, the worse it is, BUT, if I sit with someone and, sometimes ask them about it, I often solve it myself, get a realistic perspective on it and realise the task is not so difficult to do.
I am content to pay for this and even have someone on the end of phone line, not physically.
i called the National Autism Soc. helpline and they said try the Samaritans (!) I did think that, esp for times when I wake up in the middle of the night worrying, for the 10,000th time, about things that happened literally 40-50 years ago, but I don't want to take away from people who may be in danger of committing S., or call them too many times. I could donate to them as compensation, I suppose.
Also - do I have to keep logging on to check responses, or do I get an email if someone answers?

I think u've got 2 log on 2 c if there's a reply but I'm not computer literate so maybe there's another way
As 4 fines I seem 2 always be paying off a fine I'm single handedly keeping the country afloat
I did just used 2 wait till they were threatening 2 have me arrested and took me 2 court
first time I went 2 citizens advice and they sorted my mess out
2nd time I got a solicitor which cost 4* as much as the fine
Currently my sister is sorting out my current mess via the financial ombudsmen
But I still mite need a solicitor if that doesn't work
So what I've learnt so far is that if u have a friend or family member b4 it gets 2 far that's willing 2 help that's the best option (usually but some messes r beyond them)
Citizens advice r pretty good 2 a point but hard 2 get an appointment with
If u've been a victim of a crime actually victim support wrote some letters 4 me they were really helpful
That's about all I can think of hope it's of some use?

There might be more options available if you can dress it up as something else...

My sister has anxiety but I'm pretty sure I don't

What were you thinking? You use the word 'terror' and waking up in the middle of the night worrying. This isn't something I relate to. I'm no expert but this sounds like anxiety/paranoia? I think the general advice is to try and treat the most dominant 'thingy' which is why I think you might get a more targeted intervention by focusing on that.
