Hello all
Maybe these tests will be useful to you, and I'd be interested if you do take them and can say something about your results. I got interested when I was trying to monitor any effect of medication, but they are more about character 'traits' than mental 'states'.
First is the 'BIS/BAS' scale, supposed to indicate behavioural activation and inhibition characteristics:
I got very low on 'reward responsiveness' and 'drive' and wonder if it is just picking up ADHD or autism characteristics.
I got poor scores on urgency and 'lack of perseverance'.
I mean to go back to look at these two again, but also wonder how other people find them.

I think I did a psychometric test once and the output was four colours.
I had lots of yellow and then red. No idea what it was called.

Yellow and red doesn't sound familiar. The two I linked to BIS/BAS and UPPS-P are not automated and you need to total up scores and subscores yourself and work out what they mean, possibly with the help of other research.
For me, they mean there's something odd going on, and I don't know if it can be accounted for with depression, ADHD, alexithymia or it's something at the root of all of these. Since I couldn't find an answer to that question via PubMed (I'm a 'high procrastinator' I found, but other stuff too), I'd be grateful for anyone able to post their scores and diagnoses here.
