I don't know if this is worthy of interest but here is a brief introduction of myself;
I was previously a member and posted a lot around 2015 if I recall. During that time I was learning as much as I could about ADHD & Autism , obviously focusing on the ADHD here.
Knowledge was important to seek out for the sake of diagnosis, lifestyle strategies, camaraderie and significantly, wisdom regarding medication.
I went to a meet-up in London that was advertised here around that time too. Where I found every person so relatable, and had an almost profound affinity and ability to get on with everyone which is oh so different from my lifetime worth of social interactions with strangers.
In 2016 I went to an ADHD conference at the Maudsley (Aimed at people with ADHD). That had even more people, plus ADHD expert clinicians and was a very positive experience too. And again, everyone profoundly relatable.
Anyhow, I am back here now. Five years deep into being medicated. Perhaps I have insights useful to others?
I am also here because I have been overwhelmed with some of my own personal problems and could do with some friends who care and understand what I am experiencing.
I'll go into more detail in a more private place.

Welcome (back), Sherman.
I'm sure your insights are useful, especially to someone like me who was also diagnosed as ADHD and ASC/Asperger/autistic about 5 years ago.
I noticed on another thread you mentioned you found short-release medication better than extended-release. Could you say more on this? I'm finding MPH 30 mg (short-release) is disturbing my sleep a lot but it does give me a relatively clear idea of the drug effects and rebounds.
