Hi hope you are all well.
Vyvanse, Im 42 with babies! recently started using Vyvanse (Elvanse) in the UK.
I just wanted to ask a few things to people using the medication too
- Do you find lack of sleep sleep massively effects the medication (i have two twin babies, sleep isn't always an option)
- Ive been diagnosed as a kid and adult - I find on a perfect day with plenty of exercise and sleep that 30 works well but i still struggle with distractions even though i plan my day well, for example, i should be working not writing on a forum!) , but 40 definitely does more as does 50, but my arm pits become water falls, and if im in a sleep deprived slightly stresfull situation, i get physically tense) So my question is, is this normal, do you find this? what would you recommend, just get a 7day antiperspirant and try and stall calm?
- Any tips on the drug, and would another drug be better? I wont mention the service provider but i felt i was doing there heads in with all my questions, i am new to this world of medication though.
Thanks for reading.
Cheers

I have no problems sleeping on lisdexamfetamine. What I have found is it helps on the impulsive side of adhd but has a kind of seesaw effect to the other end of the spectrum meaning living in adhd paralysis!
