Go and see your GP. If they won't refer you try another GP. You have to be persistamt to get treatment. It's taken me over 25 years to get meds.

I did it through my workplace in the space of a couple months. Companies won't advertise it but might have some help able if asked. Public sector companies should have HR departments with budgets set aside to pay for diagnoses. Going private is much faster than the NHS if you can afford it as an option. Currently I'm paying for meds while the private doctor assists with getting the NHS to take over.
Assessment and Medication is worth it if you stick with it. With the GP you need to be proactive.
