Okay, So I wrote this because I had a cup of tea and the tea bag is still in it after 30 mins.. It has 1.25 sugars and because I was not stirring it too often, the tea bag did not infuse too much.
So my question is....
What is the longest time you have forgotten about a drink that is just out of your eyeline?
For me, I think it's a couple of hours.

just out of eyeline......... was the question. IE, its near, it has aroma, it radiates heat, but it's just out of sight. Actually what about spilling of said tea? Whether it's a careless knock over or carefully avoided but knocked due to motor controls, or just plain spilled as you go up stairs etc.?
coffee is far easier without sugar for me, for some reason....... (bloody hell, must have bought too many full stops with me today)

Dont matter here. The countless cups of tea and coffee that get forgotten, they just get drunk by the dogs!

My other half moans cause I never drink all my tea, but I forget to. He now makes me half a cup and I finish it about 50% of the time. I have a feeling that I am gonna end up with a quarter cup soon! Now if yr talking capuccinno I always finish those no matter how big, strange that. Could it be cause I am addicted to them?

i used to work for typhoo tea i made the board room table with all the teas of the world in sections under glass at every sitting. in Another room they tasted tea samples and made a table that span round so they could all try and spit. When i was fitting this stuff they had a room with wall to wall vending machines all difrent drinks and tins of cadburys biscuits they said go for your life, gorged out and felt sick.
also used to pack it in the machines boring not realy into t but drink loads of it to try and d tox all these meds am taking.

Haha I forget the cups of coffee im making for hours, sometimes takes me 3 hours to get my cup. And Ive just taken to drinking it cold now. Fed up trying to drink it while its still warm. I think I would need to hold it in my hand till its finished.
