Thats interesting stuff found the part about Anxiety particularly interesting never saw discription like that before realy struggle with new people or hositle enviroments like work and realy hate it as have other trait of being real attention seeker and love talking winds me up its like i need bottles of vodka to be normal and then just wasted and then say impulsive things foot in mouth cant win.

atticus, thanx found that really interesting
especially the Errors of automaticity, the amount of times ive put my rubbish in the washing up bowl, plates in the bin, food in the bin arghh! havent quite gone as far as to put my cat in the fridge tho! ;D

Fear is the mind killer Once those stress hormones float around in the body, everything else is knocked for six. I suppose that's why chronic stress is not good for one,
However, why are some people anxious and some not? Lack of mental solidarity, lack of confidence, or just too much thinking, oh, who knows?
I would say that my doctor suffers from situational, time-restrictive, stress-based adhd lol.
How can a doctor make proper decisions in 5-10 mins knowing there are other people to deal with and who knows how traumatic their conditions are?
It's all guesswork unless one gets correct diagnosis and it's not over until it's over...
