Laura, learning about adhd etc is something I am still doing. There is so much info out there....... Maybe different viewpoints. I used to read the grolier multimedia encyclopaedia and micro$OFT encarta in my younger days, after work. I built up a big research collection on things that most people wouldn't bother with. Of course, I can only remember 1% of it, so what a waste of time that was. RE: fitting in, that feeling of not belonging is very painful to me and is still causing problems with too much thinking. Although, I must admit I have never ever been a fashion follower in any way. I mean christ! I have never even bought or downloaded a music track in my life. I seem to prefer computer game music, although it's more retro than modern. What gives!!!!!!!!!!!! It's very important to have a small selection of people you can trust. I do actually have that, so I suppose I am lucky in that aspect as well as knowing that I can trust most members of my family. Those things really help. Remember, the executive function area of the brain only does what takes its fancy..... If you don't know what that is by now lol, then arghy. Boo, You are trying indeed...... Ps, I did not edit this post.

i searched google for low concentration, talking too fast, fatigue and always tired. as you can imagine the results were mostly adhd related but i was scared of by the thought of me having something like that. so i tried to move my mind towards low vitamin levels and after trying multivitamins for a month which did NOTHING i actually wanted it to be adhd so atleast i had some kind of hope.

Hello Zed,
you should read the general board posts about brain glucose etc and efalex. Obviously, you are leaning towards adhd.........all roads lead to rome?

hi dee dee
ADHD is one thing, but it's divided into 3 types:
-Predominantly hyperactive-impulsive -Predominantly inattentive -Combined hyperactive-impulsive and inattentive
The combined type is the most common!

Hard for spouse as she just finds me hard work and vice versa due to it just looking like Im lazy but im anything but in a day i can do what she would do in 2 or 3 just depends if feel energy or feel tired.
