Okaaaaaaaaaay,
Own up, who here is a fridge raider, capable of stuffing themselves silly.
Who also does not have a stomach off switch and has at least once or twice eaten to the point of incapacitation via stomach pain.
I cooked chinese food a long time ago and I stuffed myself silly with home made egg fried rice (yum) Unfortunately, I had to lie on my bed for about 45 mins or more and it hurt to move for goodness sake...... I have not done that for some time, although going to AROMA buffet restaurants (TM) does not help me much either. I feel the need, the need for munch.

omg 5 weetabix. That must be almost (grind grind, type type)
Weetabix
Calories in 100g of Weetabix: Calories 338.0kcal
Carbohydrate 68.4g
Protein 11.5g
Fat 2.0g
Fibre 10.0g
Calories in a serving (2 biscuits/37½g): 126.8kcal
............ 310kcal, but you got 4g protein and 3g fibre which is not bad for a teensy snackette.
Oh cheese. I love mature cheese, one can use less of it.....

i second that. cheese goes with everything, and makes it taste better, and cheese on its own is just as good, it has to be mature chedder tho, extra mature if poss
i dont like the tastless plastic mild cheeses ;D

I cant help myself with food n sweeties. I get all excited when I see sweets n must have them, I dont 'want' them...I 'NEED' them, lol. I've just had a Cornetto too, and am usually found in the kitchen late at night (or very early morning ) cooking or making something to eat. I can however go all day without food and drink at times, I just forget or get sidetracked. I've reminded myself now though, that there is a nice fruit pastel ice lolly waiting for me in my freezer, my eyes have lit up nicely.......see yas in however long it takes me to eat it
