Thanks just in time for christmas nothing worse than having no money to buy your kids presents. I wonder what santa will bring me this year I've been a good boy, think i will put clothes on my list this year usually get a computer or a TV but fancy getting some decent clothes for a change. What are you lot going to wish for we are getting the girls bikes i think want to get a dog but think need to leave till next year.

I always feel really bad that I don't spend more on my little rotters. But you know what?........ Picking presents is bloody difficult lol. They seem to have all the essentials. I don't know if they are expecting a bonus at xmas but they have started their present box. The first thing to go in is an absolutely beautiful scarf for my niece that I helped my daughter finish last week. Practical little horrors they are! They still aren't getting a dog tho . Especially as they want a bullmastiff! If you talk to santa claus can you tell him that I have been a very good girl and would like a nintendo wii fit please Safe? lol. I've gotten better over the years but has anyone else spent most of their xmas's doing the total present shop after lunch on xmas eve in a blind panic?

ive got a love/hate relationship with christmas ;D i love getting caught up in all the excitement but then remember i havnt bought my son much and all the cool toys are sold out! (ive still never managed to buy gifts for the whole family, mum, dad ect...) i remember id planned to make xmas cards but havnt so cant even get any decent cards, or i buy them but write/dont write them and find them after xmas! ive still got my sons 1st xmas card saved it for sentimental reasons the only problem is i didnt write it and forgot to give it to him. but its the thought that coulnts i always seem to lose my job or am out of work around christmas, hopefully itl be different this year. fingers crossed. i dont like the actual day tho its such a let down and your expected to be happy all day, cook dinner ect! i start and finish the day with a bottle of baileys and i dont normally drink! ;D

All that xmas crap drives me mad.........It puts people under such undue pressures to see people once a year, relatives once a year. I mean really, why bother, if you don't see someone for 364 days or even 100 days, do they really count in your mind?
The same for birthdays, I consider to try and live cough cough all of the days equally. Well, it's not as if I can plan ahead more than about 5 days, so how would I manage.
I am sure most of you can echo my sediments.

Nope I love xmas, sorry. I've decided to just enjoy it this year and not get stressed. I'm staying home on xmas day so I don't have to worry about seeing people and being on time and if we don't have dinner till midnight, I don't care!
I bought a present for my sister today so I was feeling a bit smug until I remembered it's her birthday soon so I'll have to give her it then and get her something else for xmas.

Actually, I do have to clarify something. There are many times when I have not done so, not necessarily on this site.
I am well aware of my state of mind being the limiting factor in my ability to enjoy things like birthdays/christmas etc. I do wonder how this will change when I get the most appropriate treatment relative to me..
I will have a lot to report IF I have success. Sounds a bit idealistic does it not? :/ Fight to the end!! It's not over, until it's over, is it? o.O

Well double bar hum bug the job was a load of rubish not what they told me no wonder it would bring tears to your eyes 10 hour nights pilling machine with paper for 4 nights every wk. I asked guy showing me how long had done job for and he said ten years and i just thought how the hell could you rot in her for ten years scary. So I'm in a rite danndy mood after having my hopes raised by some arse wipe agency trying to find jobs that Oliver Cromwell would have had them hung for.

sorry to hear that safe. are you going to have to do this for a while? i dont understand how people stick at jobs like that either. when ive asked people theyve just said there comfortable, but that means boring. and as your sig says id rather be scared to death than bored to death. ;D
andy that would be interesting to see how xmas differs with treatment, it might save me on baileys. ;D if anyone manages to get some treatment before xmas it will be good to know if it makes xmas a bit better.

Still, the future may hold the secrets to my life. blah blah idealistic waffle you know it..

The irony was it was stacking Christmas cards in machine to fill envelopes thing the big man’s really fucking with me some days, so I ain’t doing it, could try 5 or 7 hr day but 10 on nights to much and the wage was just taking the piss. When your down stuff like this really knocks you those agenys are scum as far as i can see.

what a coincidence!
good luck with the MH job. it takes one to know one we'd do well in MH. what kind of job is it for?
ive not quite got to grips with the whole ad/hd thing yet, id wonder if by ticking the disability thing it would put me at a disadvantage (even tho i know its supposed to put you on an even keel with others) then having to explain to somebody about ad/hd who wouldnt understand/beleive, but i suppose by ticking it they wouldnt expect you to be able to do things you have trouble doing. hhhmmm its a conundrum ;D

Laura, got to look at each job, i think for instance wouldnt tell like an ageny was temping for as they just look to avoid any complications, unless it was somthing you would like to get into as if you have changed your mind later on its often seen as lying on application and may be dismissed, but you could always lie about when dx.
On the app i mentioned its like positive discrimination, and also why good working in MH as they understand and shouldn't be discriminatory. Also big co's like tesco have a disability quota to fill so I would think its an advantage, maybee someone with more experience could comment.

Boo electric blanket i used to do that scary stuff dont have one anymore.
Andy cold feet my feet stick out of end of bed so have to wear socks and tops as its a compromise which end stays warm need to find oversized duvet theres one for you crisalis nich market oversized duvets for lanky legs like my self i dont consider myself that tall i think in general duvets are not long enough maybee i will start a petion.
I like them climbing socks as i get realy cold feet, and ive got a massive bubble jacket which is like having a duvet on and adidas climb fit pants and fleeces are well warm i need to get some new ones.
With the heating i think if you leave it on low all the time it builds up and costs less, i have constant heat war with OH as i get so cold.
I would love to know why some people are hot and others cold saying that i rarely get bitten by bugs in summer so some benefit.
