Oh thats a good link! I'm a bit awful at not watching links properly - my attention span doesn't always support it. But everyone should watch this link. Really. Watch this link. ;D Thanks for posting it Honeypot I really enjoyed it. And what a good programme for them to post in ADHD awareness week

Haydreamer
sorry tis got to be are impulsivness (and wind up merchants on the web like me LOL).
i was discussing my diet and how i can eat healthy when i have time to think about it like on holiday but rest of time to impulsive and rushed and eat crap and also i guess its become a low priority compared to say work issues or family etc.
I think i need to take some time out and change my habits and routine as i know thats all it is but never bother to sort out and not getting any younger and can lead to health problems.
I watched programme talking about stress saying thats when people have snack attacks and they were saying about quick meditation and breath to releave rather than munching out on rubish.
I would say another one is bordom more in partner than me in evening when watching telly bored so mind wanders and thinks of food and gets munchies. I do it but more ofen hyper focussing on world domination so not as bad.
Think need to get some good habits like the gym but its the old problem of money.

Aye Laura, the 'cook yourself thin' series. I remember that! Forgot they did it too. The Hugh Fearnley Twittingstall off river cottage did it too - looked gd. ;D
Know what you mean about diet Safe. My poor metabolism is screwy because I only remember to cook and eat when the kids are home - so I eat nothing and then overeat like mad to compensate lol, not gd for the waistline!

my eating is all over the place too when im doing somethin i dont want to stop to eat, so i just snack all day but i do also have days where i dont eat much either so it kinda evens itself out. i dont like cooking main meals either its such a mission and usaully one that ends badly so i just eat crap. i try to make sure my son eats ok, so i usually go to my mums every night to get him fed ;D the perks of living 10 mins walk from the parents. i need to sort it out tho, i do go on shopping trips all geared up to go healthy buy loads of fresh food with meals in mind, but its usually still there a week later and has to go in the bin
