Yup, tis true, done all the assessment appointments, the last being today. The psych gonna write to my GP to suggest some meds, GP might play up, but if so I'll poke him in the eye n tell him off. I'm going to go to anger management in Jan when the next group is going to run, and I'm still going to see the pysch at least one more time anyway one on one, but he does the anger management too! I guess he will tell me next time when if I'm to go to him again, but I guess so. I've got some homework to do, which is to write for three days how many times I get impulsive for each day, lmao. I had to admit to already being impulsive a few times today when I met him at Midday, including bleeting like a sheep in the middle of the street while on the fone to my sister, lmao. I got rather uncomfy and laughed alot telling him and of course I squirmed and wished the chair would swallow me up. I think I was more than a tad embarressed. I am to try and think of the consequences of my impulses too, and, the other thing he wants me to do is try and stop and think how stressed my body is at different times. I guess suffering with fibro and M.E/CFS takes it toll, let alone having ADHD. I'm really relieved and pleased I now know whats wrong with me and can get the advice and right support to help keep me going along So yea, my names Ryan and I'm an alcohol...Oooops, I mean, I'm an Adult (physically anyway, lmao) with ADHD

Congratulations, if that's the right approach. It's got to be good to have an idea what you're up against at least. Hopefully some good drugs and the motivation that should provide will get you underway to a life of fulfillment and success. That's what I'm hoping for anyway, so I wish you it too.

Mariaaaa, i've just met a girl named Maria! and suddenly that name, will never sound the same, to meeeeeeeeeee! ;D hey ryan, great news on the diagnosis mate! i was reading a bit about how dopamine is implicated in Fibromyalgia, as well as ADHD, so i'd be interested to hear if the ADHD meds you get, have a positive effect on your F.M. too! also, did you see the reports yesterday linking M.E./C.F.S to a retrovirus? news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/health/8298529.stmhope you're having a good weekend! -matt

Thanks for that Matt, I hope it helps the fibro, will let you know bud. Hey Honeypot, nope, my Mams called Jaynee, must be thinking of someone else hon. Thanks eveyone else, now I know what the hells wrong with me for sure, we can work on getting me the right help which is all good My StepDad thinks I have tourettes tbh too, Mam told me the other day he has always said it. But the pysch says the things I do are the impulses from ADHD, lol. I thought I was a comeplete mental case, so glad to hear I'm not, n I can breathe a sigh of relief.
