We all like to get a bargain, right? Take a look at: www.moneysavingexpert.comIt is a great web site for bargains and money saving and I recommend it to everyone. The only thing is that a lot of the savings are much too hard for anyone with ADHD to actually manage. There is a fantastic one this week that says you can actually make £11 by buying a CD from Tescos - but take a look at what you have to do! Okay, someone, somewhere, will manage to do it. Maybe even two people, but my god, it is an ADHD unfriendly plan. Perhaps loads of us should go on their forum and ask for more ADHD friendly stuff...

I love that weekly email(!!!) but it can mean spending more money with those naughty saving vouchers!!!
I fantasise about being one of those people in the 'i'm nearly debt free!' forums, its very depressing!

It's a great deal, but am I going to get down to M&S on Friday morning to bag any bargains? If I get there at all it will be too late for anything good and I'll either end up with nothing or more clutter I bought just because it was cheap. Anybody who actually gets anything useful from M&S on Friday write in and prove me wrong - dare ya!

There is no way I would do the m and s sale. I would go in looking "normal" and come out looking like a welcome rug needing a good dusting after I get trampled by about 1000 misled pairs of feet.
The bank charges thingy will not change anything. The banks will still get their money back somehow, remember it was me who told you lol.........

I read somewhere once that if bank charges are abolished totally the banks will have to charge a fee to have a current account with them. My parents think that the banks do need to penalise people for spending more than they have but as someone who has had to pay bank charges because I've either not been paid in time or not kept a track on what I've spent, I don't think it should be as much.

yeah they will take it back some way or another, i think just lower fees would be better. im trying to claim from my previous bank as the charged me £200 in 1 one month and £900 over the year, all for little bits over my overdraft, it doesnt help swapping jobs or quitting jobs and having to go on and off benefits, messes the money right up!

Well I don't know about the bargins, I don't have a regular cash flow right now so could care less lol. But I used them to get my template when I claimed my bank charges a couple of years back. Which I got successfully I was one of the first to claim and because of it Natwest put their charge cost down to about £17 but since then have snuck it back up! I'm currently in battle with HSBC now I sent the first draft template now. Get this, they tried to bull me (which I had foreknowledge they would) with the excuse that they're in court over the issue at the moment. Which is true. But, I am officially in financial hardship and so all cases of this nature are exempt from this excuse and must be dealt with right away. I did make this clear in the first letter by the way. But they try and back you off with that first reply anyway and unfortunately so many people are so unused to questioning authority they accept defeat. But it's really not much effort to send another letter. So the next one I sent was rather firm, outlining the exact current law on the issue and my refusal to accept their current stance or further action shall be taken. It's only like £98 total but I'm broke and stubborn so I don't mind fighting it. Just waiting now. Am sure I'll get some result.

SNS, I have no style at all. Just whatever hangs on me. However, your savel row comment made me remember this excellent blog/site. Diary/blog of a saville row tailor. www.englishcut.com/archives/000125.htmlYou can learn a lot about how to get a "Good suit" for an economical price. You have to read story 7 and no 9..... Mr Cameron. That arrogant bloke took no crap from his customers, especially anyone who thought they knew better? Maybe he had adhd?
