Over last 2 days since returning to work, after 6 months off in which time diagnosed but not yet medicated for adhd. my mind/thoughts are racing im more twitchy than normal pains in chest (panicky) and a constant headache.
People are saying at work take one day at time, slow down,its easier said than done. Im teriffied of losing control |(see employment thread) How can i stop thoights racing and slow self down? Im also binge eating and im desprately unhappy with weight size 18 when was 12 in May, hate way look. Trying to excercise daily, take supplements diet, just head all over shop. Feel usless and angry with self. Any views advice would be very gratfully recieved Thanx

Hi Meggie, just replied to your post in employment, but as I said there, Meds are the only thing hun, been there tried it all, u need them meds asap.

Its all too much going on at once Meg, get this stressful work-related issue sorted first..The weight needs consideration if its making you unhappy, but like i've said, try to deal with one thing at a time if poss..??
Try to push the meds & work situation, first xx
