I've read that ADHD is highly genetic so I've been thinking about my own family and whether any of them had ADHD.
So far I know that one of my uncles on my mum's side is suspected to have Aspergers Syndrome as does my dad. One of my cousins on my mum's side has actually been diagnosed with Aspergers (this cousin is not the child of the suspected Aspergers). Also, on my dad's side of the family is Dyslexia, which affects my dad, his brothers and my younger sister.
I've still got to ask about ADHD type symptoms on both sides (although I doubt that my dad will be much help) but I was wondering was there any links between Aspergers and Dyslexia and ADHD?

Hi
Dyslexia/dyscalcula/dyspraxia are very often found to be co-morbid with Adhd. 30% of people with autism (which includes Aspergers) are likely to also have Adhd. Likewise 30% of people with Adhd are likely to have a dual dx of autism.
