I find i eat alot without thinking and i yo yo. Its like if im feeling low i eat if im feeling happy i eat, when i diet i constantly think of food. Any advice to kick this, i cant seem to stick at nothing.

Don't diet! Or take things out of your diet.....Add things in! Ie, decide you are going to eat a raw carrot (or whatever) each day. If my eating habits get out of check I add things in one at a time. A piece of fruit, carrot sticks, yoghurt etc. Rather than feeling guilty about food I put items of it on my 'to do list'. Once I'm full o fruit and veg etc there isn't as much room for all the other crap I eat. I have hot chocolate every evening if wanting to to cut down on junk food. Cause I have that to look forward to it is easier to turn down chocolate etc. (Not sure the marshmellows I keep dropping in it are helping tho ;D )

Since I started my low carb, high protein high fat diet (no real loss of calories) I find that I feel more stable, snacking less, snooking my nose at pastries and things.
Sometimes though, the urge strikes very hard and bang, mince pies, lattice thingy.,oooohhhh.....
Obviously, if your feelings get the better of you....... it's like a downward spiral.

I find I eatw hen I'm bored aswel for some reason. I have to lose three stone for an operation I'm waiting for, but I havent lost any yet I'm so naughty, I love sweets, I cant stop eating them. I dont buy crisps or biscuits though when we go shopping and I do love my fruit. I can never seem to lose weight even I do diet and go to the gym everyday, along with swimming and playing raquet ball. I did this before and was so good, and I lost......absolutely, not one pound, seriously! It put me off trying to lose it since then, but I know I really, really must try to. After Christmas now though, coz I do love my Christmas food, mince pies, trifles, cakes, gateaus, lmao. I couldn't survive Christmas without them, lol.

Muscle weighs 4X more than fat supposedly. If you go to the gym gotta be careful you don't build muscle instead of losing weight. I used to have clever scales that measured by body fat and water etc. If I dieted/exercised I used to see my composition change but my weight stay the same sometimes.

At 304lbs (22 stones argh), I can walk at 3mph for 1 hour and burn 830 kcals. The important thing is simple physics. More weight+ more distance travelled- more calories burned. If what you are doing does not work, then you need to change some variables. The people at the gym "should" know how to help you achieve weight loss. However, if you're snackmonster like I can be then good luck.

I snack when am bored if you are really interested in somethink that knot in your stomache doesnt bother you drinking loads of fluids can help, all the diet stuff will be around soon after christmas everyone will be going the gym etc.

I think I'm gonna start drinking more ;D starting tonight. Wait, oh you meant water? Yep, will do that too ;D. What is it about pickled onion jars tho? How many pickled onions is too many? or even healthy? A large jar only lasts a day around us three! I'm sure it isn't good.

Drink is good for blood same as olive oil just not to much I feel bit sketchy today meds dont help wish I didnt need them really not kean on meds.
