Hi All
have just found a wicked book with the title thats called
driven to distraction.
The book is written by 2 psychiatrists who both have ADD.
I oredered this book from amazon a week ago and coz it snowed it was longer than expected.Every day i got home i rushed to my front door to look for a parcel and alas every day no parcel.
Then today it arived and i have actually managed to read 76 pages.i hate reading but its like reading about my self.its so interesting .I can now start to see how i affect ppl from there side.So there for i can snow start to feel how they feel.its a lil confussing as ur blaming ur self for feeling like that.but its not our fault so there layes no blame.
I have already found somet on mood swings for Meggie.
please dont take this as written gospel its mearly what i have found and how u use it is up to u.
I hope as i read this book and let u knwo what i find out it will benefit others.
Wow sounds like im on a crucade.
I have always liked to help other ppl and help them with what i have learned .
I used to do it to much and never give my self any time.
I now give my self 99% of time to my self and 1% to others .
I know it can sound selfish but its not. the more u do for ur self the more u feel better about ur self as u have accomplished things that u my have not done in the past.
OMG im sorry there i go again.wow can ui imagine if i was talking to some one about this.i cant type quick enough doing this so i will now stop
