You educate them, teach them to read and then to reason [and we're prob all agreed its a struggle in our education for our little ADHD'ers] So we're working on our morning time routine when I'm told 'Oh no mum, making my bed is bad for my ezcema! It's skin'tifically proven' Further questioning suggests she absorbed this information while watching telly at some point in the night when she's not supposed to! I wonder if I can remember she's grounded for long enough for it to punish her But guess what??? she's not wrong! news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/4181629.stmSo perhaps this means I don't have to try and remember to make my bed in the morning anymore? ;D

When I was little, my Nana taught me to pull the bedclothes back in the morning to 'air the bed'. She only pulled the covers over and tucked them back in later in the day....
She also used to line us all up and feed us patent tonics, including a yummy malt preparation called Virol and, more unpleasantly, Scott's Emulsion, which was some kind of disgusting cod's liver oil preparation - maybe the Omega 3s helped! Pretty sure she had ADHD - my enduring memory of her is of her buzzing round our house from morning to night forgetting what she was doing, never sitting down and talking to herself non-stop.
Sorry...wandered off the track a bit there....
