Hi Guys,
Recently diagnosed and now the whole world makes sense. Desperately need an ADHD coach to get me through the organisational hiccups. Eg. I have business tasks and don't seem to be able to do any of them. It is becoming a disaster and I am about to lose my business.
If anyone knows a reliable, proven, ADHD coach please put me in touch. I need to be able to use digital devices like an iPad /phone for my line of business. I wish i could go back to paper and filofax (i am 32 but digital = disaster)

How come we can't see this until we make a blind reply !!!!!!
Oh yes of course - this is the adhd experience personified.
A life of impulsively diving in because we are always having to make a blind reply.
Hopefully I will now be able to read the above comment.

Still can't see it
Sorry Dreambig.
Your post is not showing up and I guess this is a test to see how patient we can be.
I am a busy business person so I am going to reply to the title impulsively.
No I don't know an amazing adhd business coach but I can tell you that if you follow adhd lifestyle coaching you conquer the business problems as well
In terms of adhd, the whole of life is a business problem.

What a fabulous exercise on focus.
"Desperately need an adhd coach" Got that.
When you open the thread you get a snapshot
If you focus on different parts of the screen you get another bit.

If paper works for you in respect of diary management contact details etc stick with it. Use the elecronic kit whe it helps you ...eg invoice production etc.
You don't have to do what everyone else does, I have found I am less stressed when I do my own thing! As long as I try to keep back ups of key info somewhere, just in case.

"I am 32 but digital disaster" not "32 bit digital" "I wish I could go back to paper and filofax"
organisational problems
"ipad" - looking for organisational strategies?
Ok this is what I got from opening thread possibly 40 times and not blinking.
Bigdreamer is 32 and has just been diagnosed. Has his/her own business which is in dire straights caused by ADHD interfering with abilities to organise and plan in the business. Bigdreamer has an ipad and seeks a coach to advise him/her on how to use the ipad as a coping strategy as this is part of the business Bigdreamer struggles with technology and would prefer to use paper and pen
Hi Bigdreamer , I hope I got this right -
I have my own business and I am slowly returning it to almost total paper based. Technology just does not work for me and my adhd. I only use computers now when I absolutely have to.
I am finding it harder and harder to integrate my business paperwork with big organisations and government bodies who have gone technology crazy. They are all over the shop and as a very small business I find I can connect with them far more easily if my management system is paper based.
For many of us with ADHD self employment is the only option but that doesn't mean it is any easier.
It is a challenge but you are not alone. On this forum we understand the problems and endeavour to pass on tips when we make breakthroughs.

Thank you, thank you vagueandrandom. I thought I was going mad. I think I may have invented a new computer game though. It was really good fun trying to read the post when you only get a micro second to see it. I'm afraid I got a bit hyper because I love a challenge. I still can't see the post. Maybe approval is slow at the weekends.
