Hi My name is Ian.
I am 34 years old, and I am a SEN teacher.
Having been diagnosed with ADHD when I was 17, I have managed to more or less lead a normal life.
My struggle with ADHD actually helps me with my job as a SEN teacher, However, recently all the crap being unloaded on to me by behaviorally challenged students on a daily basis, has got to me big time and I am really struggling to cope, hence the title of, "I feel so alone".....

Doing the job you're doing, or being an SEN teaching assistant would have been my preferred job, of things had been different.
The current issue you're describing would be, the fear that would accompany the job!
The above isn't very helpful I know but not sure what to say to you. I'm sure you've probably exhausted all the other help/support avenues available to you before ending up here. Unless your condition is hidden from work, is it?
