Hey guys I’m not really sure how to use this, but am in a really bad place right now and would welcome any advice. so, the most acute issue I’m facing is my social worker and CMHT not referring me for an advocate which I desperately need to challenge a court ruling to evict me from my council home despite being v ill. This was at the request of the TMO two senior members of which have been discriminating and victimising me for six years now culminating in an eviction due in three weeks. Now, despite frantically ringing round local authority services, the only answer I got was that someone will try to be in touch in 5days time, when I’m pretty sure I’m entitled to an advocate immediately, even for the advocacy assessment. I,m so agitated and have recently suffered stress convulsions, just like an epileptic fit, only I don’t have epilepsy and never had a convulsion in 30 years. Neurologist attributes this to acute environmental stress and chronic sleep deprivation. I lost a tooth and have a few scars, but I’m just concerned about having no help and things getting worse. Sorry if I’m going on I know I do do that...

Why has a court ruled in favour of evicting you from a council house?
