Good stuff Gary.
I'm sure I can find you some people to talk to some time. I'll be in touch.

I wish I had the ability to do things like garys233 and others' who do such epic tasks. Argh, a presentation?
Are you on meds now. If so, how much of a difference does it make to your presentation capabilities and procrastination and nervous feelings etc?

He's medicated and quite a confident public speaker (I've seen him in front of a crowded room). Apparently diagnosis and medication have made quite a difference - from 'tearaway' to organising a helpgroup and being an ADHD advocate. Sound chap

Andy - as for presentations etc
Medication doesn't do anything for the nerves - but being able to prepeare a good presentation makes you more confident...and also the better clarity helps keep the presentation going, so you learn that it's easier, which causes a virtuous circle of confidence.

Hi Gary, Congratulations on your successful presentation!! I'm wondering if you would also be interested in signing the petition because it will help PCT's allocate funding for meeting the needs of people with ADHD who run into problems with the police: petitions.number10.gov.uk/adhdadults/
