Hi emeI don't usually reply 2 posts like this but I felt 4 u when u said there's something not quite right but u can't put your finger on it That's been said about me too However from the examples u gave it doesn't sound like ADHD 2 me good luck with finding your tribe

You say you're really slow but your intro is well structured and coherent. You may not be as slow as you think!
Although I don't immediately relate to the things you mentioned, it's important to acknowledge that YOU seem to relate strongly to ADHD. When you know, you know. Right?
I think some people perceive their inertia or general inattentiveness to be their defining ADHD trait but if you look at yourself and your actions as objectively as you can muster, you may find examples of impulsivity.
A diagnosis and thus medication will almost certainly require examples of impulsivity. Nothing else really matters, diagnostically speaking.
I suspect many of us have no idea just how impulsive we are until we really think about it. I certainly didn't!
