Do you think a busy life makes our ADHD worse or helps it? This could be anything from a time consuming hobby alongside work, family life. Anything really

Yes I think it helps
in normal life when there's not a frigging lockdown I'm always busy
I've heard lots of us have trouble sleeping but getting outta bed in a morning is usually my trouble
But I was on annual leave last week and I had 2 days where I didn't do anythin and I didn't sleep well at all
If I'm active I'm quite sociable but if I'm lazing about time disappears and I kinda get lost in my head
If I'm not doing something I have a feeling of I need something and I usually end up binge eating chocolate 2 try and fill that void
So for me I'd say being busy is best

Do you think a busy life makes our ADHD worse or helps it? Helps, a lot. If you can establish a routine then you have less time to consider other things, you just have to make sure that the routine is healthy / theraputic OR you give yourself periods of theraputic focus (hobbies etc.)
