I was diagnosed with ADD nearly 7 years ago and have seen massive improvements in my work and personal life. However, I have been feeling all over the place for the past 6 months or so. Either majorly depressed for weeks on end for no reason, or incredibly happy and confident. My add medication has not been working as well as it used to. My therapist has altered the dose, changed brands and given me loads of other advice but nothing really seems to be helping. Last night I heard a voice just as I turned out the the light, it has never happened to me before so I am feeling quite scared about it. It wasn't my voice and did not sound familiar. She whispered in my ear something like 'I had a moment today', and then a few minuets later ' I've been thinking', and then again a few minutes later 'I died in the kitchen'. I would never think or say any of these things, totally came out of nowhere. I don't really know what to do as this has kinda thrown me of course. I mentioned it to a friend and they seemed concerned about it being bipolar or schizophrenia. Has anyone else experienced anything like this?

Assuming you didn't have ear phones in etc, sounds like you should speak to a doctor.
ASAP.
