Lol, that's interesting.
I presume the latest obsession has to come with the added side effect of a positive energy boost?
If so, well I had a good one when I started on a low carb/highprotein /stoneage/paleolithic diet.
My insulin levels are far too high and this causes a lot of negative effects, so I thought (junk the pastries excess bread etc)
So, after about 4 days I was on a high, no doubt GAVBELCHER (hint hint - join in conversation please) will say "this is not surprising as once the excess sugars clear from the bloodstream you can actually start thinking a bit better and other benefits will occur" Obviously, it makes sense totally.
Anyway, I also wondered if it was just a nice novelty/new toy/new thing in life energy boost via the 'ol dopamine classic method and I thought "will it fade"
Bang, about 3 days later the new energy was gone, followed by another (similar to the unhelpful endocrinologist appointment) epic slump into the pit of analysis paralysis hell after a negative discussion with a relative.
Anyway, so - "my latest focus" is the diet as mentioned above, not because it may be guaranteed to make me think better (although it should eventually) BUT because it's an essential when you find out that you weigh 22 stones officially...... (ie morbid obesity) arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh I could crush a grape, but I'd rather eat it.
I think what I will do is just have a brain transplant into a robot shell called the "Wisecracker W-1000" and spam the tinternets (thanks laura!!!!!) with jovial, smartass comments. It will be a lot easier.

I've been obese since I was 5 so for me it's nothing new.
hmmmm that camera has 12x optical zoom and 10MP sensor. That's so cool compared to the old days.
Also, does it have a time lapse feature?
You can do excellent high res time lapse of things. or even longer exposure time lapse to create that blurry car headlight thing that you see on some programmes where they have too much money to spend.

not for this kind of money its just a cheap one wondering wether to wait and try and save for propper one with all the bells, never new thats how you did traces always wondered its amazing though when you start to dig about how cheap you can get them for and the pross and cons panasonic seam to be putting out very good offers leaving likes of cannon in the dust very over priced good quality but overpriced maybe they last longer dont know much about but way things are after few years you are going to update if your that inot and if your not chances are camera will last if hardly use.
I hate buying stuff as get obsessed with getting best deal and best option, even after buy still look to see if I got best deal off my barnet.
Thing is in two weeks I wont be arsed about be some other thing, wana have a go at some music next

Thing about bodys like you say some people are big but others are just greedy monkeys who become big look at the programme your killing your kids? they start there kids eating junk so then its programmed in and every time they want comfort they eat junk. This isnt always the case one of my kids has gone dead fussy but there is that idea about hyper sensative people including the pallet and I would say I have some of the traits and one of my kids is bit that way but I was realy bad as a kid luckly I realised once started hard graft that if I ate crap I felt bad and had no energy which converted me over night but still faddy.

Hmmm i've been totally obsessed with flooring for weeks, trying for hrs to find best deals..I'm like u safe, have to find best prices, to the point of missing latest deals lol. Still obsessed with making house nice, then it'll be researching deals on toys for Xmas!
Dave i'm im impressed with your diet efforts..Did you aim to go into Ketosis or are you having low GI carbs? Dont expect not to feel dips in your energy on this kind of change..I went from the diet high to feeling very run down quite frequently. I even lost about 1/3 of my hair after 6mths but i was extreme on it..I learned to add more food when i was very tired & vice versa. I've got too much hair anyway..
Take loads of vits.. The weight will be easy for you to shift, for some reason men lose it quicker than women..The low carb will affect your insulin levels positively, maybe after a few mths. Keep at it, good luck.

Erm.......who's dave? The idea, as it has developed since about 3 weeks ago is to achieve the following. 1) Reduce the overall levels of EXCESS Insulin, thereby reducing the following negative effects (according to my limited education) a) Negative effects on nutrients, enzymes, proteins, god knows what else. b) Reducing the amount of glycation c) Reducing the insulin resistance that my cells have built up, therefore eventually allowing them to work more efficiently. 2) Reduce the effects of any sugar fermenting yeasts 3) Reduce the effects of rollercoasting glucose levels in general. 4) As for ketosis mode, I will still have some carbohydrate + fibre in as natural forms as possible, so yes Low GI or more importantly low GI load. (100 G carb per day or less....) It's basically more of an adaption to a non-convenience/"the old days" everything in moderation /common sense/ mediterranean/ hunter gatherer regime. Couple that with er.........whatsitcalled? Eksercize? eventually.. The idea is not to go low cal....no way.... I have enough shit feeling without feeling like I want to eat constantly. I find that protein and fat holds me far better, calorie for calorie. I say "£$£$"$"£ to the current research 50% complex carbs. I am not going to spike my insulin like that anymore. Any comments are welcomed, whether theory or credible fact. I don't want to miss anything (even though I know I will :/ ) After a few months I will re-assess and comment accordingly on my situation. The carbs are always staring at me....."eat me now!!!!!" Well, I say "£"$"$ off" Why do I say this? What is a carbohydrate - its just long chain? saccharides glucose....... Whereas protein is a collection of beneficial amino acids Fat helps to make cholesterol. Without cholesterol you do not have a way of making any hormones via the aromatisers or the reducers. Cholesterol is also forms myelin a nerve sheathing material and I suppose it also has many other users which I could find on wiki If I could be bothered to look... So - pointless sugars are out or moderated. Protein and fat is in...... Goiterogenic foods are out. Soya, in my opinion is out as it contains phytoestrogens, something I dont want much of as a man. PArticularly, as I likely already aromatise Testosterone quite heavily due to bodyweight, which splits partially to Estradiol an estrogen I always try to avoid horrible chemical names for fear of the deadly xenoestrogens. Let's not also forget that, theoretically, foods in natural forms are far better structured and can contain some compounds that we don't even know about. Good or bad? ? well, eating a pastry - 400Kcals I can do 4 in a sitting. I have done that for too many years and It will kill me or leave me in a zombie state if I don't deal with it. Oh, the good news is that this IS NOT a new years resolution, it is a change in regime for me. (I don't do new years resolutions.....for obvious reasons which I am sure all reading this know..) Anyway, I think I answered some questions there.

Hello ;D
I did the cameras obsession last year - I think that was just after scrapbooking and just before decoupage. Or wait, maybe it was just before the great chinchilla cage hunt....I forget. Anyway, at the moment, I am spending hours looking at antique doorknobs on ebay. The other obsession, which seems to be lasting longer than most so far, is indoor gardening. I expect something else will occur to me shortly....

<snip> I hate buying stuff as get obsessed with getting best deal and best option, even after buy still look to see if I got best deal off my barnet. <snip> I share the obsessive-compulsive deal-searching bug. Maybe it's a trait and part of the reason I get so little done. Typical scenario... 'Normal' person: wants a new kettle - they jump into the car go to Curry's 20 minutes later have a new kettle. Me: spends a three days researching kettle technology another two finding which is the best kettle, then another two searching 30 websites to find the best price. Three days later one is delivered (if there's anyone to receive it). Next day I see it in Tesco at the same price - gutted!

My latest is conspiracy theories...not exactly a useful thing to become obsessed with. I do go through them every so often though lol The latest one is the C.I.A and their mind control experiments on prominent figures/stars lol Some crazy fool has given me the idea that MTV are in on it aswell ;D *snorts The one before was particle physics...I seemed to be under the impression I could understand it all if I sat up all night on the computer The one before that was 'the quest for tricky's diagnosis' LOL

MMMMmmm? ? dont know about it being harmless when Mr Nice has even been quoted as saying he now has doubts as to the effects of pot? Dont get me wrong am not raging anti drug zar I had the t shirt and threw it in the bin a long time ago if other people find it good good for them. I could do on the odd ocassion but think there are other ways to be creative, that have absaloutley no down sides. One idea I think its not legal is you cant tell that easy if some one is under the influence? Bet you would have less agro for the police at the week ends though maybe, but I do think it has some short and long term effect but then doesnt everythink the brain craves chemical changes, fcuked if you do fcuked if you dont, just need to do in moderation.

A couple of weeks ago I was really focused on one of my web design projects and I redesigned one of my sites. Unfortunately it was full of errors but I've lost that focus again so the errors still haven't been fixed.

It would be really cool to be able to design web sites! I did it once on a course, but can't remember any of it . Maybe that can be my nxt thing lol?! Will have to see. I oughta learn how to post photos on here too. Alot of the scarves I did looked gd, but were very lazy to knit. I bought wool where you knit between the pompoms ;D . Takes about 4 hrs to make a huge thick scarf

My latest one is getting my life totally on track I am angry with myself for letting everything fall apart although I tried it wasnt hard enough. I am now determined to get my life sorted in every way shape and form as quick as possible as this has gone on for long enough. I am just glad I have had a moment of reflection and decided to get my finger out and beat this ADHD to death.

Hope it works out Andy
I can definetaly notice my ability on atomoxatine improve its like a hangover without the headache off meds. Just wish I wasnt the only atomoxatine in the village. But its hard to notice the diffrence at first cant wait to get into a job and see how much better I can cope. The one thing that is noticable immediately for me was my agressiveness went and became calmer.
