Is a wiper board just something on the wall that you can write messages on and then wipe off??? If so, we have one! My husbands idea. However he uses it effectively and my daughter too, but i just ignore it. Is there a trick to making yourself pay attention to it?? Emily

yes it is a board u can wipe off. Hi Emily put it in the kitchen on the biggest wall so when u look around kitchen u cant miss it. go further and put pink marker around it to stand out or ur choice of colour. as all things in life. practice and u will be rewarded. if u need to set ur alarm on yr mobile phone to go of every hr for home to remind u to look at. u will find somet that works for u .just dont get stressed about it .its not the end of the world.

I use a whiteboard for my To-Do list and my mum will remind me to do the stuff on it every so often. It seems to be working okay for me at the moment but I've only had it a few months.

Tigger, headaches and migraines can cause those feelings you mention, are you stressed out? Obviously you say you had a headache too, so maybe try some painkillers, and maybe try that bath to relax you. Tim, my psychologist mentioned to me in one of our last sessions together about stopping and thinking about my body for a few mins everyday, and try to feel how tense it is.
I know it's a strange thing for him to say, but it kinda helps when I remember to do it. He said it's called a body scan, work from one end to the other, and you soon do find out what is tense and whats not, and just work on trying to relax each part at a time. It does help if you remember to do it, lol. I hope you manage to feel better soon anyway bud.
