Ever considered if your gona be on meds for life?
I am not keen on idea, i would like to try and change my life to suit me rather than change me to suit the world.
Also heard people say gets worse as get older any one long term dx agree?

Does cross my mind, don't think i'll live a long life with all the stress i put myself through lol?! Try to get through day by day, its hard to think ahead too far?? But i guess i can't imagine waking up cured, or equally wanting to put strain on my body with strong meds in my 60's? Who knows? They'll need oap homes for adders.. lock ins?!!

Yeah emily mentioned that to the prof from maudsley said he didnt agree it was a life long medication. I know I wont be going down that road rather use now as a cruch sort life out as best as I can then come off but think may take longer than two years, taken me a year to get CBT, takes some ppl over a year just to get dx. Hope this changes and there is proper support so ppl dont have to go through what I have had to experience. May even try to put my own small part towards this happening.
