Not sure if my dentist was impatient to bring on the next cattle or not (lol) but on three ocassiona in 6 months, she had used two anaesthetic injections with those big dental syringes argh. If I was still not numb she would whack a second one in. I found that post dental pain is also relevant to the amount of pain suffered pre-procedure. So, preventative maintenance is essential, except as I did not attend any dentist between 7 and 35, this was quite a problem as I had three "deep" fillings in my back teeth, top and bottom, but three in total. Also had one premolar pulled......on nhs... www.netdoctor.co.uk/interactive/discussion/viewtopic.php?t=43128&f=40&postdays=0&start=2Read loveteeth's post on page 2 I wonder if hypersensitivity requires more or different techniques, for those who may be more sensitive than others (not in a pansy way, but a sensory way)

You'll hate me for saying but hypersensitive teeth was something I had which appears to have been sorted by injections of methylcobalamin for my anaemia. It's a symptom of anaemia!
Last visit to the dentist was a breeze.

Being anaemic can certainly make you look pale! Nothing to do with bleeding though, that's haemophilia I think! It's caused by a lack of vitamin B12. Next time you're at the doctor's ask for your serum B12 to be checked.

I'm not pale either lol and how does lack of B12 effect inattention, impulsiveness, and inability to think straight at times?

It's known to affect concentration for sure. In my case, I think the anaemia made all of my ADHD symptoms worse: inattention, impulsiveness, memory, etc.

What foods is B12 in?

Meat, mostly: beef, chicken, liver. Some vegetables though. Some people have difficulty absorbing B12 from their food though which is why they become anaemic. So, even if you have a good balanced diet with plenty of meat and veg containing B12, you can still become anaemic for lots of reasons.
