I don't know if I got seasonal affective disorder or it's because I'm in a good sleep wake routine but the sun is all good is anyone feeling this?

I love the sun but hate being up at 5am or earlier , I even have black out curtains but they don't help that much unless its cloudy

Bring me Sunshine, in your smile,
Bring me Laughter, all the while,
In this world where we live, there should be more happiness,
So much joy you can give, to each brand new bright tomorrow,Make me happy, through the years,
Never bring me, any tears,
Let your arms be as warm as the sun from up above,
Bring me fun, bring me sunshine, bring me love. Bring me Sunshine, in your eyes,
Bring me rainbows, from the skies,
Life's too short to be spent having anything but fun,
We can be so content, if we gather little sunbeams, Be light-hearted, all day long,
Keep me singing, happy songs,
Let your arms be as warm as the sun from up above,
Bring me fun, bring me sunshine, bring me love.

Hmmmm, there have been times when I have gone out at 10am in the summer (well probably once lol) to do some important letter recorded delivery crap (Its a 30 mins walk each way) and I was just a zombie. So the sun did not charge my pineal gland or anything or help with any aspect of SAD. Maybe glands atrophy as they are not used. As an example for instance, apparently people with lazy eyes can get their focus back even at old age. Perhaps use "more" or lose it does have a real result.......
However, I have also noticed that in the last er 24 years my bedroom window was located currently north facing and previously until 1999, east facing.
I notice that even in the summer, north facing does not get any direct sunlight until about 5pm......when its starting to fade. Therefore the mornings are even less bright.
When I go into my parents bedroom its like "arghhhhhhh" so bright"
I wonder if this can affect ones SAD response in some way???
Any thoughts?

sprecken ze andy?
ah, the east facing good point, but lots of buildings in the way, so would have been a few hours before it got up or stuff or something or I'll get my coat.
I like 11am personally.

I used to get up around and go to bad around 6 am and there's been whole winters I've spent in total darkness as daylight goes :S
